This service is for internal domestic house cleaning. Window cleaning is not included, although mirrors and agreed internal glass surfaces can be discussed.

Some marks, staining or materials require specialist equipment, products or techniques that fall outside routine domestic cleaning. Where specialist upholstery, carpet, oven, biohazard, restoration or other specialist cleaning is required, we will explain this rather than risk using an unsuitable method.

We will also be realistic about what routine cleaning can achieve. Existing damage, permanent staining, worn finishes, limescale or deterioration cannot always be removed safely through normal cleaning alone.
