Do you take the waste away?
Waste removal can be included where agreed. The quotation should identify the expected volume, disposal arrangement and any materials needing a different route.
Can you clear very overgrown gardens?
Yes, where the work is suitable and accessible. Larger or heavily neglected spaces may be better handled in stages.
What happens if hazardous waste is found?
Work may need to stop in that area while the correct specialist handling route is identified. Hazardous or controlled waste cannot simply be mixed into normal green waste.
Can you prepare the garden for turfing afterwards?
Yes. Clearance can be followed by separate ground preparation, turfing, planting or maintenance where those services are appropriate.
Will you remove everything in the garden?
Only what has been agreed. We identify what stays, what goes and any exclusions before work begins to avoid assumptions about plants, structures or belongings.
Do you clear rental or sale properties?
Yes. Rental, vacant and pre-sale gardens can be assessed and brought back to an agreed presentable and manageable condition.
Are tree surgery, demolition or hazardous waste included?
Not as part of a normal garden-clearance scope. Specialist tree work, demolition and hazardous or controlled waste need the appropriate separate method or contractor.
