What is extra and separately chargeable?
Deep cleans and catch-up cleans; detailed grout cleaning, restoration or treatment; heavy limescale, mould or built-up deposits; inside ovens, cupboards, fridges and other appliances; carpet or upholstery cleaning; and other intensive or specialist tasks are not included in a standard maintenance clean. Extra labour and materials are quoted separately.
Standard routine cleaning solutions are included. Additional, specialist, premium or customer-requested products or solutions over and above our normal cleaning materials are chargeable where they incur extra costs. We agree any additional charge with you in advance.
All work is subject to the agreed quotation, time allowance, safe access and property condition. No specialist treatment is undertaken without agreement.

Is detailed grout cleaning included?
No. Routine bathroom surface cleaning is included within the agreed standard clean; deep grout cleaning, restoration or treatment is extra and quoted separately.
Do deep cleans or additional cleaning solutions cost extra?
Yes. Deep cleans and intensive tasks are separately chargeable. Standard routine products are included, while specialist or additional customer-requested solutions above our standard materials may incur an agreed extra charge.
Do you offer weekly and fortnightly cleaning?
Yes, subject to availability and location. We agree the practical visit frequency and priorities before regular cleaning starts.
Do you bring cleaning products and equipment?
This can be agreed before the first visit. Please tell us about allergies, preferred products, pets or delicate surfaces so the service can be planned appropriately.
Can every task be completed on every visit?
Not always. Visit time is agreed against the size of the home and task list. For regular customers, some lower-priority detail tasks can be rotated where that gives a better overall result.
Do you clean external windows?
The domestic cleaning service is focused on internal home cleaning. Mirrors and agreed internal glass can be included; external window cleaning is not part of the standard service.
What if I have carpets or upholstery that need cleaning?
Those items may need material assessment and professional extraction, low-moisture or another material-appropriate method. We can assess them through our Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning service.
Can I set priority rooms?
Yes. We can agree priority rooms and a realistic routine around the time booked, then review those priorities if household needs change.
Do you provide one-off cleans?
Selected one-off, catch-up or deeper domestic cleaning can be discussed and quoted around the condition and scope required.
